Q1:
Regarding the removed word "new", this was supposed to refer both to cavity
geometries and resonant structures, and indicate a deviation from the
conventional cavity-QED geometry of nearly flat mirrors with a short physical
spacing.
To avoid the misunderstanding of a novelty claim, we suggest to replace this
with "other" rather than dropping it. Reference is here made mostly to fiber
cavities and photonic bandgap structures, but also to our line of work.
Our recommendation would be to start the sentence "Therefore, other types of 
cavities and resonance structures..."

Q2:
Spelling out quantum electrodynamics is correct, thank you.

Q3:
Removal of (a.u.) in figure 6 label of y-axis. This creates the wrong
impression that a value of 1 corresponds to 100% transmission. Please use
"normalized transmission" as an axis label to ensure nobody thinks
we have 100% cavity transmission.

Q4:
The journal title for reference 13 is "Applied Physics B", without the
"Photophys. Laser Chem." subtitle. Please change the journal name to
"Applied Physics B" only, or whatever is standard for the article the link
in the proof correctly points to.

Q:
Reference 5 claims to be referenced as "Kevin C Cox et al., J. Phys. B:
At. Mol. Opt. Phys. 51, 195002 (2018)" on the IOP web site (see
https://doi.org/10.1088/1361-6455/aaddd1 ). Please adapt the corresponding PRA
referencing style for this journal article.
