---------------------------------------------------------------------- Report of Referee C -- LS16135/Shen ---------------------------------------------------------------------- As previous referees report, this papers describes an interesting experimental method for generating random bits from Bell inequality measurements. Both referees agree that the paper is interesting, the methods and results are sound and significant. The only point is there sufficient elements of novelty, in particular respect to Ref.10, for guaranteeing that this paper is non incremental and suited for publication in PRL? In my opinion, the answer of authors to referees point out sufficient elements of novelty for supporting publication in PRL. Thus, I suggest accepting it. Only, I think these advantages should also be clearly reported (substantially as they are in the answer to referees) in the introduction of the letter. As a further minor remark, due to the generality of PRL reader, I suggest to quote at least some review paper where mentioning Bell inequalities and entangled photons generation (e.g. Physics Reports 413 (2005) 319).
