thank you for getting an additional review for this manuscript.

As requested, we separated the appendix into a Supplemental Material file (supplemental.pdf, formatted roughly in the PRA style), and adapted the references to it in the main article file.

With supplemental materials present, we also added a file with processed random numbers.

As some of the references were only used in the proofs now in the supplemental material and we wanted to avoid an extra reference section in there, very brief references were made in the main article to those.
